Method#1: Disable the Proxy Settings 

Proxy settings can be one of the main reasons for Error 403. So, you need to disable it. Follow the below steps.

  • Then select the clear proxy option to confirm that the proxy setting is off.

Method#2: Turn On and Off the Internet Connection
