You may encounter the Google Play Store Error 919 while downloading or updating the apps or games on your phone from Google Play Store. This error will not allow you to download or update the apps. It can occur at 100% downloading or during the installation. Whenever this error occurs, you will see a message on your screen as

“Unknown error code during application install. (919)”

We are providing you the three different ways to fix error 919. Start with the first one; if your issue is not resolved, move to the other ways.

Method#1: Clear the Cache and Data

You have to check how much memory is available on your phone. Is it’s enough to download the app? If it’s not, clear the cache and data now. Follow the below steps.

  • Go to Settings>Apps>Manage Apps and select the Google Play Store.

  • Now, click on clear cache and clear data.

Once you clear the cache and data, the problem will be resolved.

Method#2: Change the Internet Connection

If your problem is still there, try using a different internet connection. For example, you can use any other Wi-Fi, or if you are using cellular data, you can switch to Wi-Fi or vice versa. In most cases, this method is very helpful.

Method#3: Change Your Access Point Name (APN)

This is the last method, which helps you to fix the error 919. Follow the below steps to change your APN.

  • Go to the Settings>Wireless and Networks>Mobile Networks> and access point.
  • Edit the APN settings.
